Established in 1992 through the merger of 22 Bulgarian regional commercial banks, The United Bulgarian Bank is the first and most comprehensive consolidation project in the Bulgarian banking sector. Currently UBB's branch network has over 240 units countrywide.

The new website offers sections on "Retail Banking", "Business Banking", "E-Banking", "Treasury" and "Investment Banking". The E-Banking section has been redone entirely to make sure that it corresponds with all requirements for usability.
