The team is specialized in providing fast and efficient website help, solving problems in as little time as possible. The website support team also works to enhance our products by adding new features and making websites or business systems more efficient or user friendly. The Support team offers consultations, works on new features, performs bug fixing in already existing websites or business systems, optimization, uploading of text and graphic contents and many other tasks.
Our Support team consists entirely of developers - PHP, HTML, .NET, graphic designers and Flash. The entire team is also client oriented and can provide an excellent service. The team works closely with the client and has the opportunity to get to know their projects as they often support them over a long period of time. Within these 24h we contact the client, make a full inquiry if needed, propose a solution and schedule the task.
